Attorneys and Accountants Association
Safety training is an important requirement for California employers.
Almost all of the members of the Attorneys and Accountants Association and Accountant Group Services qualify as Category 2 employers under Cal/OSHA’s requirements for safety records, meaning they have less than ten workers, including managers and
supervisors. As such they are required to train employees and only
maintain a log of instructions to workers with respect to worker job assignments when they are first hired or assigned new duties.
Our Video/DVD Safety Lending Library provides you resources to meet your training obligations under California’s safety laws, and good management practice.
How to Borrow

Services
A member is responsible for shipping and handling charges, and charges associated with replacing any damaged or lost programs.

Replacement Fees
Any program borrowed through this program and not returned by the due date shall be assessed the full replacement cost of the program. To avoid any such charges, please return all items borrowed before the due date. Any member wishing to purchase a program they have borrowed from the Association should e-mail or fax that request, and we will provide a quote of the cost of purchase, at a discounted price if possible.
Shipping
Members are requested to return programs in the packaging provided, and by express delivery or first class mail, postage or express charges paid by the member.
Rental and Shipping Fee
No Rental Fee for 10 calendar day use; shipping fee $7.50 per program. Our services are not available to non members.
